Katsucon 9 cast a bright spotlight for 2003 with a huge turnout of Guests of Honor from Japan and North America as well as a much larger turnout of excited fans.  With lots of special events just around the corner, it was hard to find time to hunker down and find time to see the Dealers Hall sometimes!  In this large 5 page section, we've got a great report of the Cosplay Competition Night along with some of the Awards!

 		Ichigo from Tokyo Myu Myu shows her stage spirit with a hip dance presentation.

 		Ritsuko introduces Rei Ayunami in another great NERV selloff to raise revenue and solve those fanboy woes... but she has a few pesky bugs in her system...
Alas, there "No Peace in Crystal Tokyo" with Seiya visiting as drama unfolds around Sailor Jupiter's stolen cookies and Sailor V's insane hunger for them.

 		It's another wacky Rayearth episode transformed into Magic Knight Pocky with flavors to save the world: chocolate, strawberry, and... green tea???
It's a classic trip back to the Five Star Stories as the Fatima Fates Clotho, Lachesis, and Atropos spin the fabric of time and space... but enough is enough!  It's time to get groovy as the Knight of Gold boogies down with the Fatimas!
