Sakura Con 2003 held an
absolutely fabulous Cosplay Masquerade Night with a large number of skit performances and
presentations. Most of the outstanding skit presentations were so well done and very
funny, and that made it difficult for the judges to pick out the favorites because they were

| Action! On with the show! With great stage skits
full of musical dance performances and comedy acts, the SakuraCon 2003 was a blast of a
night. Characters from all kinds of anime and anime-styled video games graced the
stage for the audience. Included in the night's festivities were characters from
Inuyasha, Phantasy Star Online,
Legend of Zelda, Sailor Moon, Sera Myu, Chobits, Digi Charat, Escaflowne, Slayers, Final
Fantasy 7, GTO, Devil May Cry, Sakura Taisen, Tokyo Mew Mew, Nabushita, Harry Potter, Utena,
Akira, Final Fantasy 8, Digimon, Excel Saga, Merico, Mononoke Hime, Gundam Wing, Full Moon,
Yu-Gi-Oh, Spirited Away, Final Fantasy X, Evangelion, Tenchi Muyou, Trigun, Read or Die,
Final Fantasy 9, Rurouni Kenshin, Card Captor Sakura, and many more. Guest Judges
for the night were: Melissa Quinn, Anita Taylor, Dawn Ingus, Tom Jansen, and all the way
from Australia, Widya Santoso! |
