Panels and interactive discussions were held throughout the busy AX Tokyo 2004 weekend hosting a multitude of anime and manga celebrities, voice actors from Japan and America, anime production company executives, and fans offering the latest news and information on upcoming and ongoing activities.

Imagica Entertainment: Anime production powerhouse Imagica brought its latest products to debut at AX Tokyo 2004 with Misaki Chronicle ~Divergence Eve~, Godanner, and Bakuretsu Tenshi.  Highlights of the Imagica panel and guest introductions included Nao Nagesawa performing ~Divergence Eve~'s opening theme "Kiss Kiss Kiss" and Akira Kushida performing Godanner's opening theme.

Full Metal Alchemist: This new and entertaining show was literally everywhere in Tokyo.  And what better way to enjoy more of it than to attend the panel where Romi Paku (voice actress for Edward Elric), Rie Kugimiya (voice actress for Alphonse Elric), Seiji Mizushima (director), and Sho Aikawa (story editor and script) were all available to talk about character and story development, episode production, and all of the spirited FMA fandom.

Studio 4C: Internationally renowned anime production company Studio 4C highlighted its panel with the 
latest news about Shinsengumi with discussions about characters, background production, fan clubs, 
DVD pre-orders, and displays of various anime goods including cels, artbooks, and shirts.


Bishoujo Games: Panelists were on hand to discuss the ongoing surge of bishoujo pretty girl games.  Topics featured budget difficulties to produce the games within the ever-changing otaku market, dealing with all kinds of available multimedia environments, and always recruiting more and more actresses and singing performers.

Production I.G.: Famous for producing some of the most influential anime works, Production I.G. is always on a non-stop ride toward pushing the edge of animation and production quality.  Its current production credits include Ghost in the Shell: Innocence, Dead Leaves, Kill Bill, Mini-Pato, Sakura Wars, Blood: The Last Vampire, Jin-Roh, Patlabor, FLCL, and much more.
