Anime Expo fans, guests, and a new untapped resource of anime fandom pledged their dedication to the anime convention excitement over July 1-3rd, 1994 for yet another non-stop weekend excursion into Dealer's Room, major events, industry and fan panels, dances, karaoke, and whole lot more!  Enter the Anaheim Marriott Hotel and Anaheim Convention Center and let the madness begin... all over again!


Packed rooms of anime fans was an ordinary sight for all the film and video premieres and especially for the Masquerade.



AX94 Co-chairman Paul Wilson's memorable podium blunders will not be forgotten...  hehehe
Notable highlights of the convention weekend:
Autograph sessions for Izumi Matsumoto and Nobuteru Yuuki were packed with fans for the obvious sketches:  Madoka Ayukawa and Deedlit.

Dances: Talk about dancing in sweet memories: Invert Sugar, Pinesalad Productions, Seishun Shitemasu, and Summer Side presented Planet otaku: a hot anime music video dance party just after the Masquerade.  

Film Premieres: Castle of Cagliostro, The Professional, Fist of the North Star, Lensman, Robot Carnival.

Special sneak preview of Macross Plus, hot off the flight from Japan and you should have seen the entire crowded hall of mecha fans crying tears of joy and happiness for the new Valkyrie battles!

Special video premiere of Plastic Little from ADVision for all the dedicated Urushihara fans.

Guest Reception Dinner: Larry Greenfield and Taka Karahashi performed a lovely violin duo to go with the luxurious chat sessions with favorite Guests of Honor.
