What can anyone say
about the biggest event of the weekend, the Masquerade? By far it is the largest and
most anticipated event ever for anime fans of all walks of life and this year's AX2002 was
perhaps the most crowd-pleasing yet! It doesn't get better than this! OK, it will
but let's recap for 2002! |

 Masquerade is here! Ticket pickup times were
announced... Masquerade line times were announced... and the lines! Stretched
out beyond the block, the attendance maxed out at a record 3000+. |

| It's
all about the dedication! The nighttime rigors didn't stop these
dedicated and enduring fans of the major event from camping out at night, risking all odds
to get a good seat. And if not for the best seat, at least the spirit was
intact! As you can see, it's all thumbs up! |
Let's
party! And speaking of spirit, plenty of that to
see from the Masquerade Judges, the Guests of Honor eager to see their creations come to
life, and tons of press agents very serious about every camera angle and details about the
glitzy awards ceremony! We're talking high profile out-of-control excitement here! |
