Saturday Cosplay Contest Night: Not even a freak lightning storm and subsequent power
blackout on an opening Hamtaro skit could stop the big cosplay show of Saturday night.
With over 140 entries full of quick skits and lots of walk-ons, Anime North showed
characters from various anime and video games including: Hamtaro, Pokemon, Inuyasha, Card
Captor Sakura, Chobits, Sailor Moon, Soul Calibur, Gravitation, Hellsing, PitaTen, Ah! My
Goddess, Read or Die, Slayers, Final Fantasy X-2, Street Fighter, Full Metal Alchemist,
Naruto, Rayearth, Guilty Gear, Battle Angel Alita, Fushigi Yugi, Witch Hunter Robin, Rurouni
Kenshin, Xenosaga, Yu-Gi-Oh, King of Fighters, Ranma 1/2, Cowboy Bebop, .hack, Cats, Love
Hina, Fruits Basket, Trigun, Dragonball Z, Zelda, Alichino, Kingdom Hearts, Psycho le Cemu,
