Welcome to this special snowed-in edition of Linus Lam Network News for 2003!  KatsuCon 9.1, WASFuCon, Blizzard Con, KatSnowCon, OrgyCon.  Call it what you will, but LLNN latched onto the most politically incorrect title that pretty much summed up the feelings of all stranded attendees (especially those from the West Coast!).  This news report covers our trip to WASFuCon 2003 in Crystal City, Virginia for a snowed-in but very exhilarating weekend of snowy anime enjoyment and random fandom insanity leftover from the awesome KatsuCon 9.  Held in the Crystal City Hyatt Regency Hotel and Convention Center from February 16-18, 2003 without much choice, KatsuCon 9.1 packed in stranded anime and manga enthusiasts, but with the amazing help from the leftover KatsuCon 9 staff, everyone still had enough energy to power through the snowstorm of the century with lots of alternative anime events, guests of honor, dances, cosplayers, game shows, panels, and much much more. Our exciting odyssey at KatsuCon 9.1 starts here!  Coverage you can count on, here at Linus Lam Network News!
