Sakura-con 2005 enjoyed
awesome concert performances by 2 very wonderful stars of the J-pop idol circuit. Kumiko
Kato opened up the show and captivated audiences with several hit singles as a prelude to her
new single "Thinking of You" being released by Sounday Records this summer. Equally
as enthralling was the duo Angela made up of composer/guitarist KATSU and singer/songwriter
Atsuko. Angela performed numerous hit singles including the theme songs to Uchuu no Stellvia and Sokyuu no Fafner
and the crowd went wild over their very entertaining show that definitely set a high point for
the Sakura-con weekend. |
