The most popular parts of the anime convention scene are the panels and discussion groups that speak out for unique interests pertaining to the hobbyist in all of us.  This year at SakuraCon 2004, numerous panels packed in the crowds to listen in and emphasize fan participation.  In this section of the convention environment, we'll show you some of the exciting panels to be at throughout the busy weekend schedule.

Sailor Moon Live Action Slumber Party: All aboard the biggest Live Action Sailor Moon party for the year!  Whether you're a fan of Usagi-chan's hilarious antics or the frightening displays of Queen Beryl in the cave, PGSM is the hottest thing this year and fans gathered to watch a big marathon session of all the episodes to recap their memories.

Cosplay: What Not to Wear: Melissa Quinn of Faerie Fingers was on hand to talk about cosplay improvements.  Subjects included making costumes that are comfortable, wearing dance belts, dealing with corsets, emphasizing particular assets, and having good fashion sense with examples pointed out from Sailor Moon, Moldiver, and more.

Auditions for Anime 2 Drink Minimum and Anime Dating Game: Comedy is the best medicine for the anime fans and pre-contestants filled up the audition slots to show what they got.  Presentations included video game rants, ninja attacks, Sailor Moon rants, examples of Redneck Otaku, grilled Pikachu, and much more.
Monica Rial and Colleen Clinkenbeard: Two lovely favorites of the Kiddy Grade anime series delighted fans with their experiences from the voice studio perspective. Topics included favorite characters, outtakes, stories about Monica being uber genki, background professions to balance out the realistic costs of living, and much more.
