Comic-Con International 2005 was once again host for numerous opportunities for comics veterans and budding artists to get together and get down to business in sunny San Diego. Portfolio reviews by professional comic artists and industry publishers collected in the huge Autograph Area, renaissance era tournaments entertained the attendees on the upper deck, occasional advertising by bizarre costumers for the latest in comics and cinema screenings were on the rise, and of course, there is always the casual San Diegan that provides a little musical flavor to the convention experience.
