Packing in the attendees, every Ohayo-con 2005 panel offered something to learn from, as shown below with a brief description of each session.  This weekend's explorations delved straight into the heart of current fandom that lies in the surging excitement of fan fiction, cosplay, collectors gatherings, as well as new and exciting anime shows, video games, and manga to focus on for another amazing year.

Cosplay 101: Cosplay beginners and veterans alike gathered together to chat about their latest cosplay projects and lend some words of advice for the growing hobbyist community.  Topics included hot gluing tips, sewing essentials, judging, stage presentations, building large mechas, how to get into costumes, staying comfortable yet fashionable, and applying improvements for future endeavors.

GO Workshop: Think you got what it takes to hone your skills at board strategy games?  Similar to Chess, this Go workshop taught and reviewed the essential lessons towards learning and improving the art of Go.  Topics featured basic objectives for beginners, best offense and defense tactics, best strategies for veteran players, and explanation of suicide moves.

Anime Religions: With the popularity of X, Hellsing, Witch Robin, Full Metal Alchemist, and Angel Sanctuary, anime fans have delved deeper into the meaning of religions and their meaning to fully understand their favorite anime.  Topics featured discussions of myths and legends, paths and loss of innocence, hierarchy of the immortals, Catholicism, and much more.

J-Rock: Where there's anime, there's always J-Rock, which influences many anime and video games.  With a J-Rock cosplay contest and drawing area, fans talked about their latest bands, shared magazines, and listened and watched their favorite J-Rock videos including such bands as Duel Jewel, Panic Channel, Gazette, Camino, Miyavi, Kagerou, Onmyouza, and much more.

Webcomics: Webartists gathered together to talk about their latest weekly projects as well as get to meet and greet their fans.  Topics featured artists styles, taking the time to write a good story, character and story development process, learning how to draw consistently, panel sizes, choosing hair colors, achieving baseline standards to create recognizable characters, and much more.

Gaia Online: It's a huge web community of anime and gaming fans and it has tons of stores to tell from its own staff members.  Topics featured funny usernames, story threads, wandering into the spooky subforums, keeping up with the news in the RPG fan forums, thinking about the archetypes of demons, angels, and occasional monsters, and for most member essentials, updating their personals, shopping in the commerce sections, and chatting in the online cafes.

Wigs with Emily DeJesus: When it comes to wig care, talk to Emily!  Topics featured basic wig care for convention traveling and home storage, wig conditioning, colored vs. natural wigs, choosing the right wig for your favorite anime characters, using wide tooth combs, and rescuing snags.
