Neko Con 2002 was held
at the Holiday Inn in Virginia Beach, Virginia in what appeared to be the best weather ever on
the east coast. With a prominent convention center, attendees could walk fairly
easily through the halls, being able to see all the cool artists in action, line up for main
events and panels, hang out with friends in various spaces perusing the latest spending runs
in the dealers room, dine at the restaurants, or strut around in costume for great pictures at
the rear poolside area. Not far from Virginia's Norfolk International Airport, the hotel also offered convenient
shuttle service. |
