Manga: Shojo and Beyond: Throughout Japan and worldwide, manga is a rising force in the realm of print publishing and stories brought from women writers and artists are enjoying a renaissance in the shojo landscape.  Topics featured background on numerous shojo titles, where to find the most popular titles, highlights about the most prolific shojo manga artists, and much more.

Japanese Live Action Superheroes: From the masks to sentai poses, Japanese Live Action heroes and villains come from another dimension of space and time, a world that many still frequent to this day.  From shos like Kikaider and Ultraman, panelists talked about their fascination with the intricate and simple costumes, visual effects work, and costumes used for various sci-fi conventions.

Kai Bovaird: If you don't know Cause and f(x) Pictures, well, you should.  They're responsible for numerous outstanding special effects shots from blockbuster films like Matrix Reloaded, The Day After Tomorrow, Fight Club, and X-Men, as well as various music videos that have garnered awards.  Topics covered 3D animation, 2D composition, creature creation process, and much more.

Voice Acting: Guests of Honor Monica Rial, Mike Sinterniklaas, and 
Jennifer Sekiguchi were on hand to talk to fans about their studio experiences, 
the challenges faced during voice direction and voice training, auditioning for 
new parts, and constantly searching for new and consistent 
talents for a rising count of new shows on the horizon.
