Japan Town Anime Faire
was located in the middle of Japan Town, San Francisco. Most outdoor events like the
cosplay contest were held in the temple square. The dance, Dealers Room, panels, and
video screening rooms were held in the Radisson Miyako Hotel. A gaming room was set up
inside the Kintetsu Mall. Other areas of interest only a few steps away were small
Japanese shops where fans could pick up CDs, books, and anime at Kinokuniya, Japan Video, and
grab a bite to eat in the numerous restaurants available. |
