From fan concerts by
Ramen and Rice to big professional concerts given by Japanese performers BLOOD, Camino, and Tamaki Nami, FanimeCon 2004 enjoyed a
large uptick in its attendance along with just one more day to enjoy all the panels and
spending in the Dealers Hall. Wandering around from time to time, you could esily see
fans with laptops screening their own movies, fans giving some free musical delights, and lots
of neat art bulletin boards up for the idle artsy hands in the Artists Alley. Artists
Alley itself was particularly large this year knowing that San Jose has a big artists
community and Fanime was the place to be to represent your artist club and sell some works. |
