Good Morning, Atlanta! Dragon-con arrived in full force this year, with attendees and
celebrities coming from around the globe to invade the city. And invade they did with the fourth annual Dragon-con Parade. With Hollywood celebrities riding in
style, the costume and renaissance festival groups brought up their banners and swarmed the streets in a huge display of spirit for science fiction and fantasy.
Groups consisted of characters from Aliens, G.I.Joe, Star Wars, Marvel/DC Comics, Pirates of the Caribbean, Lord of the Rings, Star Trek, Anime, Ghostbusters,
Renaissance Pleasure Faires, and much more! LLNN managed to capture shots of most of the groups and highlights of the parade en route from downtown Atlanta
towards the Marriott Marquis Hotel where Dragon-con was situated. |
