First to take advantage of the "Iron Chef" concept, Anime Central enjoyed tremendous audience approval from its second "Iron Guest" spectacle.  Basically taking cues from the world-renowned Japanese TV cooking competition, Iron Guest paired two great Guest artists against another in a wild dueling feat complete with simulcast cameras and a well-tuned four-judge commentary panel.

Anime Central 2001 Events: Iron Guest

Sensei Kaga Isaac Sher hosted the elite Iron Guest show with Iron Challenger "Radman" competing against Iron Guest Robert DeJesus of American comics Dirty Pair and Bubblegum Crisis fame on Friday and Iron Challenger Lionel "KyouBoogy" Lum competing against Iron Guest Takeshi Miyazawa of Sidekicks fame on Saturday.
With quick-witted and humorous running commentary and camera views for the audience, the judges made their decisions with great deliberation and vast integrity.
