Musical and staged events were the big focus for this year's Ani-Magic.  Shows included Opening Ceremonies with the UCLA Kyodo Dance troupe and taiko drum performance, the Friday Night Cosplay Cosplay Revue Show featuring cosplayers singing and dancing to their favorite tunes, Guests of Honor Ramen and Rice presenting their glorious melodies from many anime and video game themes, Crossplay Fashion Show presented by Cosplay.Mom from Cosplay.com, and Cosplay Under the Stars hosted by ReyRey and his always big following of California cosplay fans.

#26 The Chibis proved that Size Matters Not as even big swords cannot overcome the friendly power of the pocky #27 Street Fighter II's Chun-li jumps for joy on stage for all her fans #29 Gomu Gomu no Cosplay presented Bleach with characters on a little soul reaping excursion
