The Sheraton hotel and
adjacent Georgia International Convention Center was the host location for this year's Anime
Weekend Atlanta, but what with the amazing growth of attendance and function space needed for
future AWAs, the location is something of a fond memory. The hotel and Center is also
due to be demolished to make way for the nearby airport expansion. AWA's new location is
to be announced on their website. For now at
least, LLNN has a small montage of what it was like in and around the halls. |
