Interactive workshops are in consistent demand every year as more fans want to be involved in the animation process in any way possible.  The cel painting class held by Steve Bennett and the Quickdraw class as well as other alternatives helped realize those goals and LLNN has captured some of that hidden talent in one fleeting moment.

Production Path: Jan Frazier gathered up the students to practice their skills on forming characters and stories to foster ideas for anime and manga production, just as the professionals do in the real world.

Quick Draw Contest: Think you got what it takes to be the best of the best?  Characters?  Mecha?  Backgrounds?  This year's Quick Draw contest saw lotsa fans duke it out for supreme artist in terms of speed and precision!

Cel Painting: Nothing like a nice relaxing day with Steve Bennett in the greatest Cel-Painting classes of all time.  As always, Steve gave tips and tricks on proper cel-painting techniques, hammered sage advice for patience and discipline into all the young minds, and scored a homer with so many excited fans all yearning to be a part of the more traditional technique of crafting pieces of art for the love for Japanese animation.
Additional Workshops held throughout the weekend included: Basic Modeling and Detailing, How to Draw Manga, Costumer's Yard Sale, Plushie Making, Sho Brush Painting, Open Model Building, and more.
